1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using The Print Lab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Products and orders

  • All product images are representative; colours may vary slightly due to printing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.
  • Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Physical orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

3. Payments

All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Returns and refunds

If your physical order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. See our full refund process via Support.

5. Intellectual property

Artwork on this Platform is either created by The Print Lab, generated by our AI tools, or sourced and licensed from third parties. Logos, branding, and site design are the property of The Print Lab. Posters purchased are for personal, non-commercial use only; reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe your work has been used on this Platform without authorisation, please email support@theprintlab.in with proof of ownership and a link to the listing. We will review and remove the content promptly.

6. AI-generated content

Posters created via our AI tool are generated based on your prompt. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on third-party rights. The Print Lab is not liable for content generated based on user inputs.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
