1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account. We also collect usage data (pages visited, search queries, device type) to improve the platform.

When you browse without an account, we assign a random anonymous ID (stored in your browser's local storage) to understand aggregate usage patterns. This ID is linked to your account if you later sign up or log in.

3. Data sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as required to deliver our services:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, password resets, cart reminders). Your email address is shared with Resend to send these messages.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — analytics and advertising. With your consent, we share page-view and purchase events (value, currency, item count) with Meta to measure ad effectiveness. No personal identifiers are shared.
• Google Gemini AI— your search queries and AI generation prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API to classify content and enhance prompts.
• Replicate— AI image generation. Your prompts are sent to Replicate's API to generate custom poster images.
• Google Cloud Storage — generated images and uploaded reference photos are stored in GCP.

We may disclose information if required by Indian law or a competent authority.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you logged in (JWT token) and to remember your cart and theme preference. We also store an anonymous browsing ID to understand usage patterns across sessions.

Analytics cookies (Meta Pixel) are only set after you explicitly accept via the cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using the browser's built-in cookie controls.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Order records are kept for accounting and legal compliance purposes even after account deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your Profile page or by contacting our support team.

6. Your rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account directly from your Profile page. For data access or correction requests, contact us via our Support page.
